Cutting food stamps is government’s retaliation for bailing out the banks.

Cutting food stamps is government’s retaliation for bailing out the banks.

Context and common sense matters when stopping the food stamps to the poor.

WASHINGTON, June 22, 2006,  The Supreme Court’s Unanimous Decision substantially enhanced legal protection against retaliation for employees (Poor Elderly Tenants too?) who complain about discrimination or harassment on the job (or as a hungry child or Elderly tenant?), in a ruling on Thursday.

Justice Breyer said there was "strong reason to believe" that Congress intended the protection against retaliation to be broader than the protection against discrimination because it wanted to "deter the many forms that effective retaliation can take," in the workplace and beyond.
